๐ The Broken Kite
Written by: Mukesh Sharma, JNV Dhanbad
A boy named Aarav loved flying kites. During the annual kite festival, he brought out his favorite kite, colorful and high-flying. As he was enjoying the sky, a sudden strong wind snapped the string, and the kite flew away, disappearing behind the trees. Aarav sat down, heartbroken.
His grandfather came over and said, โWhy so sad?โ
Aarav replied, โI lost my best kite. All that effort was wasted.โ
Smiling, his grandfather handed him some old paper and sticks. โThen make a better one,โ he said.
Aarav worked for hours, improving the design, adding stronger thread and a steadier frame. When he flew the new kite, it soared higher and steadier than ever before.
๐ Moral of the Story: Failure is not the end. It is a chance to learn, improve, and try again with more wisdom.
